The future of Chievo forward Alberto could lie away from the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi as AC Milan have been linked with a move to bring the Italy U21 international back to the San Siro.

Paloschi ┬áhas excelled for the Flying Donkeys this season having scored 13 Serie A goals out of the side’s total of just 30 in 34 games and his form has not gone unnoticed as a late call up for the Italy World Cup squad is not out of the question.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, Milan hold all the cards in the player’s future as he remains co-owned by the Rossoneri alongside Chievo despite Napoli having showed an interest in the striker.

With this being a breakthrough season for the player once dubbed as the new Inzaghi, a return to the San Siro could be highly likely at the end of the season.

Before joining Chievo, Paloschi enjoyed mixed success at spells with both Parma and Genoa and most famously scored within seventeen seconds on his Serie A debut in 2008.
