Chievo’s Luca Rigoni could move to Palermo during the summer as the Sicilian side are looking to reinforce their team for their Serie A return.

The Flying Donkey’s vice-captain has been linked to the Serie B leaders despite a strong season with the Verona based side.

According to Sky Sport Italia the Rosanero tried to bring the 29 year-old to the club under coach Rino Gattuso last summer, however they were unsuccessful in doing so.

Reports now suggest that coach Giuseppe Iachini will try again in June to lure the midfielder to Sicily in hopes that Rigoni and Chievo will open talks with the Sicilian side.

Rigoni has made 30 appearance for the Flying Donkeys this season, scoring four and creating one assist.
