Ahead of their match with Torino on Sunday afternoon Udinese coach Francesco Guidolin has insisted that he has a clear plan for the future of his sides, and while he will consider the views of the club hierarchy will not be swayed by them.

The 58-year-old indicated that he was right for following his own ideas when blooding Polish youngster Piotr Zielinski during the 2012-13 campaign but was unhappy at the sacrifices he had made over the current season.

“We have to have the passion and pride to finish well this season,” Guidolin told Tuttomercatoweb.

“I think I have very clear ideas for the future, of course I will also compare and listen to the judgment of the club.

“However, it did not change my opinion on [Piotr] Zielinski who last year was a surprise, and I’m sorry to have to make sacrifices this year.”

While the Italian wants to see passion from his side in Turin they have announced on Twitter that Maurizio Domizzi and Antonio Di Natale will not face the Granata and goalkeepers Francesco Benussi and Ivan Kelava are still absent.
