Candreva – Lazio

Juventus are hoping to mount a €17 million summer raid for Lazio’s Italy international midfielder Antonio Candreva.

Candreva, 27, has been in blistering form for the Biancocelesti this season and is beginning to attract the attention of a host of top European sides including the likes of Juventus.

The Bianconeri would be willing to offer Candreva €2.5m per season, according to Il Messagero, but before any deal could be completed the player’s co-ownership must first be resolved between Lazio and Udinese who each continue to own 50 per cent of Candreva.

The 19 times capped Italy international has had a fine goal-scoring season at the capital club this term, notching 11 Serie A goals and is currently the side’s top goal scorer. Candreva is currently contracted with the Stadio Olimpico outfit until 2018 having signed a contract extension in October 2013.
