Liverpool Montevideo forward Rodrigo Aguirre is reportedly in Italy finalise a move to Udinese.
The 19-year-old striker, who represented Uruguay at the 2011 FIFA Under-17 World Cup in Mexico, touched down in Trieste at midnight on Wednesday and underwent a successful medical in the early morning.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, while all that now remains is for the player to put pen to paper on a contract, he is expected to sign a five year deal with his new side on Thursday.
Liverpool officials are in the peninsula now to tie up the move, and there are thought to be only small details to ratify before it is made official.
