Bonaventura – Atalanta
Atalanta chief executive Pierpaolo Marino said that Giacomo Bonaventura is not headed to Napoli, while they would like to keep Daniele Baselli.
The 24-year-old winger seems destined to leave the club, with Fiorentina leading the race to sign him.
“We have some players that are worthy of Napoli,” Marino told Radio Kiss Kiss on Wednesday.
“Baselli attracted the interest of big clubs and surely he can play in Napoli, but we would like to keep him one more year.”
He concluded by speaking of Bonaventura, denying any contact with the Aurelio De Laurentiis’ club.
“Napoli never requested him and he is not on his way to Napoli.”
