Bayern Munich are reportedly tracking Inter defender Andrea Ranocchia.
The contract of the 26-year-old defender expires in the summer of 2015 and he has previously interested Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund.
Sky Sport Italia reports that Ranocchia informed Inter that he will not discuss any offer or the renewal until Cesare Prandelli has decided the final 23-man list that will go to Brazil.
Prandelli will cut eight players from the provisional squad on June 2 with Ranocchia battling against Parma centre-back Gabriel Paletta for a spot in the squad.
His agent Tullio Tinti has reportedly already spoken with Bayern Munich director Karl-Heinz Rumenigge about a potential deal.
