Inter president Erick Thohir said that returning in the Champions League next season will depend on the transfer market.
The executive was in Lisbon for the Champions League final and attended a gala dinner with the other presidents.
“It is very good to meet with the other presidents, you can always learn something,” Thohir told Sportmediaset.
He was asked whether he is preparing something special for Interisti.
“Returning in Europe was important, we hope to maintain Europa League or even return in the Champions League next season, but it will depend on the transfer market.”
However, he seems very confident about the future of the club, because when asked how much the fans will have to wait to see Inter in the final again, he replied: “Two-three years.”
