Juventus are reportedly looking to swap left back Federico Peluso for Hellas Verona midfielder Romulo during the summer transfer window.

The 27-year-old, who was on loan with the Mastini from Fiorentina last season, has been impressive during the 2013-14 Serie A campaign, which has even earned him a spot in Cesare Prandelli’s 30-man provisional squad for the World Cup in Brazil this summer, and it seems the Bianconeri are keen on bringing him to Turin.

According to TuttoJuve, Verona would be interested in landing Peluso from the Old Lady though his price tag of around €5 million is seemingly too much for them to pay in cash.

As a solution the Gialloblu are expected to offer Romulo in exchange for the 30-year-old, as his worth is set at around €8-9 million.

Romulo, who can be used in both the midfield and defence, had provided six goals and eight assists in his 32 appearances for Verona last season.
