Serie A Kit Watch: Lazio 2014/15 Home Kit

This time in our Serie A Kit Watch we’re off to the capital to take a look at what Lazio will be wearing next season.

The home shirt sticks with the usual light blue and white mix in a very simple, yet elegant design.

The influence seen primarily in the collar and white filling in the v design this shirt took inspiration from that of the shirt worn by the great Lazio side of 1974/75 the year after winning the first Scudetto claimed by the club founded in 1900.

There may not be much change from the previous home shirt but Macron have done a very nice job with this one in my opinion.

My personal highlight of this one is the shadow effect on the crest, take a look at it here and a close up of the crest in the gallery further down.

Lazio Home Shirt 2014/15

In a very classy design, the club crest is displayed in a faded version, almost as it would be if it were a shadow of the crest, just slightly beneath and to the side of the crest itself on the left of the shirts chest area.

The club couldn’t resist the opportunity to boast of their self proclaimed superiority over city rivals Roma, as the inside of the collar reads “La Prima Squadra Della Capitale” – The first club of the capital.
