Sampdoria have sold their half of Andrea Poli’s ownership to AC Milan but gained the full rights to Bartosz Salamon.
The 24 year-old Italian international joined the Rossoneri at the beginning of the season with the Polish defender moving the other way.
AC Milan have released a statement on their official website detailing both the signing of Poli and the sale of Salamon to Sampdoria.
The Genoese club have made a similar announcement that marks the end of Poli’s seven year association with the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
Poli has played more matches this season at Milan then ever before in his career with two goals and four assists in his 37 appearances.
Salamon has had a less impressive season appearing on just three occasions in all competitions for the Blucerchiati.
