Fabrizio Miccoli is once again being linked with a move abroad following Lecce’s failed quest to be promoted to Serie B.
The enigmatic forward, who would most likely have remained with the Giallorossi had they moved to Serie B, is now weighing up his options with Australia and the United Arab Emirates being plausible options.
The 34-year-old was on the cusp of signing with Australian side Melbourne Victory last July before the move broke down in the final stages.
He has also received attention from Dubai and looks certain to make up his mind in the coming weeks.
Miccoli netted 13 times for Lecce this season from 21 appearances and has represented Italy at senior level on 10 occasions.
