Juventus are reportedly preparing an offer for Hellas Verona midfielder Romulo in hopes of signing him during the summer transfer window.
The 27-year-old, whose season-long loan to the Mastini from Fiorentina is about to expire, has been linked with a move to the Bianconeri as of late and it seems the Old Lady could be close to making a serious offer for him in the coming days.
According to TuttoJuve.com, Juventus may be willing to offer both defender Federico Peluso and midfielder Marcel Buchel, who spent the 2013-14 campaign on loan with Virtus Lanciano, for the Brazilian-born Italian international to match his estimated worth of around €9 million.
The midfielder’s six goals and eight assists in his 32 Serie A appearances for Verona last term had earned him a spot in Cesare Prandelli’s provisional Azzurri squad for the World Cup this summer, though he was ultimately cut from the final 23-man team that made the trip to Brazil.
