Roma appear to be edging towards the signing of Fenerbahce midfielder Salih Ucan as negotiations will continue into next week.
The Giallorossi are keen to add the 20-year-old Turkey international to their ranks and director Walter Sabatini is prepared to spend €10 million on the player, however the Turkish side are seeking an additional €3 million for their man.
The two sides have already met but have not yet been able to conclude the deal according to Sky Sport Italia and negotiations are set to resume next week in order to close the transfer.
Ucan joined Fenerbahce in 2012 from Bucaspor and has been part of the side that secured the Turkish league title this season and his performances earned him his first and sole international appearance against Northern Ireland in November 2013.
