AC Milan will reportedly offer one of several players to Zenit St Petersburg in hopes of lowering the price of defender Domenico Criscito.

The Russian club have valued the 27-year-old at around €12 million and the Rossoneri would be looking to unload one of their men in order to decrease the price tag of the former Genoa man as they try to strengthen their back line this summer.

According to MilanNews.it, AC Milan would be willing to trade at least one of four players to Zenit in their proposal for the Italian defender’s services with those players being Ignazio Abate, M’Baye Niang, Cristian Zapata and Michael Essien.

Reports suggest that the Zenitchiki would most likely favour a swap for Abate as they have previously expressed their interest in the Diavolo right back in the past.

Criscito scored one goal and provided three assists in his 18 league appearances for the Russian side last term.
