Mauro Icardi refused to rule out a move from Inter this summer and maintains he is mature despite his controversial personal life.

The young Argentine striker has been made the face of the Nerazzurri’s new marketing campaign and speaking at the launch of Inter’s new kit, the 21 year old commented on whether he would consider an offer from the likes of Monaco, who have been rumored to be preparing a move.

“The president and the club will decide, I don’t have anything to do with it,” he told the press.

“If an offer comes they will talk with my agent and then he will tell me. Though I don’t think about the mercato now, Inter are a great team and I am calm here.”

Never far from the newspapers given his relationship and recent marriage to Maxi Lopez’s ex wife Wanda Nara, Icardi maintains the negative headlines don’t concern him.

“There was a lot of talk, but I never noticed because I only think about playing and scoring goals. I am mature, as I was before.”

As for his sides chances for the new season, Icardi is not committing to a fight for Champions League football that many expect his team to make this season.

“There is a lot of time until the season begins, we want to fight for the best prizes and at the end of the year we will see where we come.”
