Napoli are interested in signing Brazilian internationals Sandro and Lucas Leiva after talks with Bayer Leverkusen over Christoph Kramer broke down.

The World Cup winner had been heavily linked with the Partenopei, but talks between both clubs have reached a dead end prompting the Neapolitans to look elsewhere.

La Gazzetta dello Sport report that Napoli have turned their interests towards Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro and Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva after their €12 million bid for Kramer was rejected.

It is also worth mentioning that Spurs director Franco Baldini is reportedly in Italy to discuss the sale of Sandro to Napoli.
