Udinese midfielder Roberto Pereyra appears to be on the brink of a move to Juventus.

The Old Lady have been linked to the Argentinian all summer, and the arrival of new coach Massimiliano Allegri does not seem to have coincided with a change in focus.

Images broadcast on Sky Sport Italia appear to show the player saying goodbye to his colleagues at the Friuli, while carrying a cardboard box containing his possessions, while Tuttomercatoweb had earlier revealed that Juventus officials had met with Udinese owner Gino Pozzo, in Milan to try and finalise the details of the transfer.

Pereyra, who scored two goals in 36 appearances last season, is expected to complete his move to Turin on Tuesday for around €18 million, comprising of a €1.5 million loan, with  €11.5m to follow next summer. The rest will be made up by the transfer of Frederik Sorensen from Juventus to Udinese.
