Fiorentina have reportedly stepped up their interest in signing Dynamo Kiev midfielder Miguel Veloso for the 2014-15 campaign.
The Viola are looking to reinforce their midfield, and the 28-year-old former Genoa player is allegedly keen on a return to Serie A.
Sky Sport Italia reports that the Tuscan outfit are ready to present a loan offer with the right of redemption set for June 2015, and that the deal may materialise within the first week of August.
During his previous spell in Serie A, Veloso made 49 appearances for Genoa and managed two league goals from a holding midfield role.
