Liverpool Lucas LeivaNapoli are still on the look out for a new midfielder to bolster their squad and Liverpool’s Lucas Levia heads tops the wish list of Rafael Benitez while they keep track of Manchester United’s Marouane Fellaini.

Head coach Benitez is keen to add more steel to the centre of midfield and both Lucas and Fellaini have endured difficult times recently with Liverpool and Manchester United respectively.

Lucas, 27, is Benitez’s primary choice and La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that a loan deal for the player could be close as he wants to be reunited with his former manager whereas any move for Fellaini depends on the results of his left ankle scan on Monday.

The Partenopei have been busy during the transfer window, having already secured the signings of Jonathan de Guzman, Kalidou Koulibaly and Michu and they are still keen to add new players before the new Serie A season starts next week.
