In what is one of the least exciting Serie A Kit Watch pieces this season, we will be looking at what Sassuolo will be wearing this season.
The producers, Sportika have supplied us with pretty much the very same kits as those worn by the Neroverdi last campaign.
The home shirt remains green and black, with the stripes on this season’s kit being narrowly wider than last. Like last year, the striped will carry over onto the sleeves and the back of the shirt.
The positioning of the club crest and Sportika logo have move to the more conventional locations on the left and right of the chest areas, as opposed to both being placed centrally on last season’s kit. The crest will have the addition of a gold outline this season, while the Sportika name will be in a new font.
The away kit is predominantly white with green and black application. It will feature a classic black collar and the main change will again be the location of the Sportika logo and club crest.
The colour of the sponsor ‘Mapei’ has changed from being primarily green to black.
The third shirt is again almost identical to that of last season, with the only differences being the gold border around the crest and the location of both logos from their central position on last season’s shirt.
Let us know what you think of the new Sassuolo kits in the comments below!
There aren’t many photos to show of the new Sassuolo kits, but here’s one of how the player names and number will look.
