Laxalt – Bologna
Cagliari are set to battle German Bundesliga side Stuttgart for the signature of Inter winger Diego Laxalt.
The 21 year old Uruguyan spent last season on loan at Bologna, netting two goals in 14 games, but doesn’t look set to figure in Walter Mazzari’s plans this season.
After Inter complete the signings of Pablo Osvaldo and Gary Medel, they are set to concentrate on the outgoings with Laxalt reported to be one of the names on the list.
FcInterNews.it report that Cagliari and Stuttgart are leading the chase for the winger, after Cesena and Sampdoria both dropped out of the race.
Whether the Nerazzurri allow Laxalt to leave permanently or on loan remains to be seen, but it is certain that he will be plying his trade elsewhere this season.
