Torino’s Cerci Tweets of Atletico Madrid move

Torino’s Alessio Cerci has announced on Twitter that he is set to join Atletico Madrid.

The 27-year-old has been the subject of intense transfer speculation all summer with links to AC Milan and Inter, as well as Juventus, but now it seems his destination next season has been determined.

Cerci posted this Tweet stating he has reached an agreement with the Spainish side, whilst also thanking Torino fans.

He then deleted the posting soon after.
