Allan – Udinese
Udinese midfielder Allan has played down his side’s flying start to the season, insisting the Zebrette’s focus is only on staying in Serie A.
Udinese moved up to third in Serie A with a 1-0 win away to Lazio, however Allan is not getting carried away.
“Lazio are a good side, and we did well to take our chances when we got them,” said the Brazilian midfielder at full-time
“These are three very important points. If you start the season well you gain confidence and things get easier [but] our first goal is survival.”
Udinese have won three of their first four games and will look to consolidate their position in the upper echelons of Serie A when they face Parma at the Stadio Friuli on Monday night.
