Giacomo Bonaventura looks set to leave Atalanta with Inter readying a bid for the 25-year-old midfielder.
It has been widely speculated that Bonaventura would leave Atalanta this summer with various Serie A clubs such as AC Milan and Fiorentina expressing interest in the young Italian.
According to a report from Sky Sport Italia, Bonaventura is expected to leave Bergamo by the close of the transfer window on Monday, with Atalanta then set to make a move for Metalist Kharkiv forward Alejandro Gomez.
Bonaventura, who is expected to be Inter’s replacement for the departed Ricky Alvarez, has spent his entire career with La Dea joining the club at youth level in 2006.
