Florenzi – Roma

Roma and Alessandro Florenzi are currently in negotiations to agree an improved contract for the young midfielder.

Florenzi enjoyed a break out season last term under Rudi Garcia and he has since broken into the Italian national team set-up.

Despite becoming an important player for the Giallorossi, the starlet reportedly only earns €600,000 annually, according to Leggo, less than some fringe players at the club. Lukasz Skorupski, Antonio Sanabria and Leandro Paredes are all believed to earn more.

Amongst Florenzi’s international colleagues, only Torino’s Matteo Darmian is on lower wages.

Negotiations for a renewal are ongoing and the player expects a large increase in his current salary.

Florenzi is a product of Roma’s youth academy. His current deal is due to expire in 2016.
