Higuain – Napoli
Gonzalo Higuain has revealed he is enjoying his time in Napoli, despite his stuttering start to the Serie A season.
The Argentine international has not reached the heights of last season, failing to open his goal scoring account this campaign.
Speaking to Sky Sport Italia Higuian responded to claims that he was not happy with the Partenopei.
“For me playing football in a fantastic city is important,” the 26-year-old said.
“I do not go out often, but Napoli is a beautiful city that has it all. With a boat you can go to Capri, for example.”
The former Real Madrid prodigy also dismissed suggestions about a potential exit.
“It would be difficult to leave Napoli because the people are very warm,” Higuain said.
Higuain scored 17 goals in his first season and will be hoping to end his drought this weekend against Sassuolo.
