Liverpool youngster Suso was close to joining AC Milan during the summer but understands he has a commitment to his current club.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has a contract which runs out with the Reds in 2015 and had engaged with talks with the Rossoneri over the trasnfer period.
According to Sky Sport 24, the deal was blocked by Liverpool, with the player keen to sign with the Rossoneri and a contract drawn up before the Reds pulled the plug on the transfer.
However, it is believed that Milan could launch another bid for him in January.
