Parma midfielder McDonald Mariga is committed to leaving his injury troubles in the past, by returning to good form at the club.
The Kenyan international was signed on a free transfer by the side from Emilia-Romagna, having been training at the club beforehand in a bid to prove his fitness.
During his time at Inter, the 27-year-old’s progress was hampered by a mixture of injury problems and poor form, but is ready to forget that.
“Over the past two years, yes, I’ve been very unlucky.”, Mariga told FCInterNews.
“Unfortunately I was not 100 per cent of this form and I am very sorry, but it can happen. Now I have returned to Parma, and I hope that I have left behind all the injuries and can return to the real Mariga, in top form.”
