Paul Pogba has confirmed that he is in negotiations with Juventus with a view of extending his current contract.
The French international has been strongly linked with a move away from the Bianconeri with Ligue 1 champions PSG thought to be his preferred destination.
However, the 21 year old told TF1, “We are in negotiations for a contract renewal with Juventus. I will soon have a meeting with the board of directors.”
Pogba’s current deal is set to run out in 2016 but the Serie A champions are reportedly keen on extending it until 2019.
Pogba joined Juventus on a free transfer from Manchester United in 2012 and has become a key member of the team that won back to back Scudetti making 88 appearances and scoring 14 goals in the process.
