Napoli misfit Marco Donadel is looking to break ties with the Partenopei and look for a new club as the transfer window clock ticks down to its final hours.
The midfielder joined the club in 2011 from Fiorentina and has failed to make an impact having played in only four games with the club.
The 31 year old’s agent, Andrea D’Amico, spoke out to Sky Sport Italia informing them of the situation claiming, “We are working with Napoli to terminate the midfielder’s contract, which expires in 2015.”
Donadel most recently was loaned out to Chievo last campaign where he received 22 caps and notching a goal in the process.
With the transfer window shortly ending a resolution in this matter is expected to be made imminently.
