Chievo midfielder Ezequiel Schelotto has expressed his disappointment that he will miss Saturday evening’s clash with AC Milan at the San Siro through injury.
Schelotto is currently on loan from Milan’s fellow San Siro occupants Inter and a sprained ankle has ruled him out of a return to the stadium.
“What a pity not to be there at the San Siro stadium, one in which I have great memories. Forza Chievo Verona,” said the 25-year-old on his official Twitter account.
The Argentina-born player, who has one cap for Italy, has so far this season only featured in the Flying Donkeys opening day defeat to Juventus but is expected to return to action soon having trained this week.
Chievo will be aiming to add to the four points gained from their first five games when they take on the Rossoneri on Saturday evening.
