Inler: Napoli result was fantastic

Following his side’s 6-2 win over Hellas Verona, Napoli’s Gokhan Inler has taken to social media to praise the efforts of his clubs forwards.

After going a goal behind from Emil Halfredsson, the Partenopei struck back with a brace from Marek Hamsik, while Gonzalo Higuaín grabbed a hat trick for the Neapolitans. Nicolas Lopez scored Verona’s second goal.

“A fantastic evening for everyone,” the Swiss midfield wrote on his Twitter account.

“Three cheers for Higuain and even more to Marek! Great guys! G88 [sic].”

As a result of the victory, Napoli to move up to seventh place in the Serie A table.
