Juventus could make a move for Udinese right-back Silvan Widmer as a possible replacement for Stephan Lichtsteiner.
The 21 year old Swiss youth international has been in impressive form for the Fruili this term, and is being earmarked as a replacement for his international compatriot at the Bianconeri.
Tuttosport report that with Lichtsteiner’s future under a cloud with his current deal expiring next summer, Juventus are on the lookout for possible replacements.
Widmer has jumped to the top of their list with a number of outstanding performances for Udinese this season, and could be set to lose another player to the Old Lady in the summer.
