Vialli: Bayern Munich are from another planet

Former Sampdoria and Juventus striker Gianluca Vialli has nothing but praise for Pep Guardiloa’s Bayern Munich squad and feels they are a team from another planet.

The German giants embarrassed Italian side Roma 7-1 in their Champions League group stage match away at the Stadio Olimpico staying undefeated with nine points after three matches.

“Roma met a team that are from another planet,” Vialli told Sky Sport Italia.

“They [Bayern] are a hybrid between eclecticism of the Dutch, the force of the Germans, and are technical like the Spanish.

“Guardiola’s dream is this, transform the game of Bayern in the total with players who change their role during the race continually.”
