Cruzeiro demand €15 million for Inter target
The 21-year-old Brazilian youth international has established himself as one of the best players in the Campeonato Brasileiro, and has ignited the interest of clubs such as Inter and Real Madrid.
“I had contact with Inter in the past, not now, but I think they’re liaising directly with Cruzeiro,” Luiz Rocha, Silva’s agent, told FcInterNews.it.
“Will he leave in January? It’s possible he may go during the winter market, but it all depends on the offers that will be presented.
“Up until now there has been no concrete offers. The only problem for Inter is that the cost of the player may be too expensive for the Nerazzurri.”
When pressed upon possible from Real Madrid, Rocha said that he will choose the club that presents the best opportunity for his client to express himself.
“For Lucas, he does not have a club he prefers, he’s only interested in a good proposal for his career and to do this there must be a very good offer.
“Inter are interested, but I do not know if they have the money to support this transfer.
“We are talking no less than €15 million, and that’s not even what the president of Cruzeiro has said he’d accept.”
