Inter’s Rodrigo Palacio is anticipating a heavily weighted matchup with his team’s crosstown rivals, AC Milan.
Inter will face AC Milan tomorrow evening in this season’s first Derby della Madonna. Palacio will likely start for the nerazzurri and hope to score in what many Milanese fans consider to be the biggest match of the season.
The Argentine spoke to the club’s media outlet Inter Channel today of his intentions and gave his opinions on tomorrow’s fixture.
“We hope to play a great match in order to win it, and that is the greatest feeling in the world,” Palacio explained.
“It is a special game, it is the most important game of the year.”
Palacio and his team-mates will face AC Milan tomorrow night at the San Siro. Inter and AC Milan were split evenly last season, with each team defeating the other once in Serie A competition.
