Legendary AC Milan coach set for Rossoneri reunion

AC Milan have made the first steps toward hiring former coach Arrigo Sacchi as a member of the club’s hierarchy.

The 68 year-old is among the most decorated of football coaches having won the European Cup twice with the Rossoneri.

According to Sky Sports Italia the AC Milan management has made contact with Sacchi to discuss his possible employment. AC Milan’s Adriano Galliani is leading the talks, with a position in the club’s youth sector thought to be on offer.

Sacchi has been working as a football pundit as of late and has drawn association with Italy’s Under-21 team.

Filippo Galli, who currently works in AC Milan’s youth sector, was coached by Sacchi in his playing career.
