San Lorenzo forward Hector Villalba would welcome the chance to play for AC Milan.

The 20 year-old has attracted many suitors and was the subject of scouting by the Rossoneri.

Speaking to Milannews.it, the Argentinian commented on the reported interest of Italian sides.

“I’m very pleased and happy that many clubs are following me, including Milan,” Villalba began.

“I heard Milan were scouting me through the press. If I had to leave San Lorenzo I’d go to Italy.”

Villalba played in a friendly match against AC Milan where he showed glimpses of his potential.

“It was an emotional match for me. We were hoping for a good result but unfortunately we lost.

“Truth is I’d like to play for a big club like Milan. A player always aspires to join the best clubs.”

The forward is in the company of former Milan defender Mario Yepes at the Argentinian club.

“I’ve never asked Yepes about Serie A myself, but he has discussed it with me,” he continued.

“I’d be open to playing in the Premier League, Serie A or La Liga,” the youngster concluded.
