English Premier League side West Ham will make another approach for Sampdoria’s midfield star Pedro Obiang when the transfer window re-opens in January.
The 22-year-old Spanish youth international has been in superb form for the high-flying Blucerchiati this campaign, and could already be on the move in January.
SportItalia report that Sampdoria will allow Obiang to leave the club, provided a suitable offer arrives from abroad that satisfies the club’s valuation.
West Ham made an unsuccessful move for the midfielder this past summer, but are now confident of reaching a deal with the club to bring Obiang to the Premier League this winter.
Obiang’s central midfield partner Roberto Soriano has also been linked with a move away, with Inter the latest side interested in the newly-capped Italy international.
