Former Juventus and Bologna striker Marco Di Vaio is reportedly close to becoming the vice-president of the Rossoblu.
The former Italian international announced his retirement from the game in early October, but looks set to return to football as vice-president of the Serie B outfit.
According to Il Resto del Carlino, the 38-year-old will take over as vice-president, but his role will extend to the pitch as he is set to be a reference to the coaching staff and players.
Di Vaio played 148 games in his four year stint with Bologna, scoring 66 goals and making 19 assists in the process.
