AC Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi wants his side to be more consistent on the field.

The Rossoneri face Torino away this Saturday following their 2-1 home defeat to Sassuolo on Tuesday.

“We need to improve,” Inzaghi told reporters. “It will be a tough game because is not easy to play against Torino.

“Torino are well organised defensively, but we are prepared.

“Tomorrow we will have almost full squad, with only Daniele Bonera and Marco van Ginkel missing and I think this is good.

“Stephan El Shaarawy has not trained after he took a knock to his foot so we will have to take a look at him.

After the disappointing defeat to Sassuolo, Inzaghi insisted his side need to get better and answer their critics on the pitch.

“The game against Sassuolo? It wasn’t that bad we have to improve,” the tactician said. “The best answer to criticism is on the filed.

“You can’t concede goals on set-pieces.  It has always been a problem for Milan, but I hope it does not happen again.”

The coach also spoke about Alessio Cerci and his possible insertion on the team’s line-up against his old side.

“Cerci is improving but he has not played for three months so you need patience.” Inzaghi said.

Inzaghi also denied rumors linking Roma forward Mattia Destro to his team.

“Destro is a Roma player and I’m not to talk about another team’s footballer.”
