AC Milan have made an enquiry for Atletico Madrid left-back Guilherme Siqueira.
The 28-year-old Brazilian has not convinced at the La Liga champions since making the move from Granada in the summer, with boss Diego Simeone favoring Cristian Ansaldi as the first choice in the past few months.
Sky Sport Italia report that Milan have made contact with Atletico about a possible transfer, and expect an answer in the coming days.
The Rossoneri enjoy a good relationship with Atletico after the recent exchange between Alessio Cerci and Fernando Torres, and are confident of prising another Rojiblanco before the transfer window ends.
If Siqueira moves to Milan, it would be a return to the Serie A for the penalty-kick specialist – having been on the books of Udinese, Lazio and Inter in his career already.
