Roma’s out of favour left back Urby Emanuelson seems closer to an exit from the Stadio Olimpico with Bergamo side Atalanta making a move to sign the Dutchman.
The versatile Emanuelson, who can also play in the midfield or on the wing, does not seem to be part of Giallorossi coach Rudi Garcia’s plans in the future and could look elsewhere in Serie A for more playing time.
According to Sky Sports Italia, Atalanta could make a move for the 28-year-old in the upcoming January transfer window but will have to fight off competition from Genoa for his signature.
Emanuelson has only made one appearance for the capital this season since joining in the summer from AC Milan, coming off the bench against Cagliari back in September last year.
