Inter midfielder Rene Krhin has joined Spanish side Cordoba on loan for the remainder of the season.
The Slovenian international has after struggling to break into the Nerazzurri starting line-up over the first half of the season, making just five appearances for a total of 125 minutes in Serie A and the Europa League.
“Cordoba CF and Inter FC have reached an agreement for the loan of Rene Krhin to the Iberian club until the end of the season,” Cordoba announced on their official website.
“Rene Krhin, along with his period with Inter, can boast the experience that he acquired in his time with Bologna FC. The Slovenian midfielder is 1.89m tall and 24 years old.”
Krhin first joined Inter from childhood club Maribor in 2007, before joining Bologna in 2010 in a co-ownership deal.
He spent four seasons with the Rossoblu, until Inter opted to re-sign the defensive midfielder last summer on a deal until 2016.
