Inter midfielder Yann M’Vila is on the close to a move to Ligue 2 side Valenciennes.

The 24-year-old signed for the Nerazzurri in July 2014, on loan with a view to a permanent move, but has struggled to make much of an impression in Milan and looks set to move onto pastures new.

Despite Premier League strugglers QPR looking to be in pole position to sign the central midfielder, Sport Italia are reporting that recently relegated French side Valenciennes will snap up M’Vila.

It is also believed a deal could be completed in the upcoming hours as the Frenchman seeks a resolution on his next career move.

M’Vila began his career in France with Ligue 1 team Rennes, before a 2013 move to Rubin Kazan. Since then, a loan move to Serie A with Inter has only yielded 12 appearances.
