Juventus are close to completing a transfer for out of favour Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho.

Paulinho has fallen out of favor with Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino, who has not started him in a single Premier League match during the 2014-15 season and Spurs hope to recoup some of the €19 million that they paid Brazilian side Corinthians for his services.

According to Tuttosport, over the next 48 hours representatives from both clubs will meet for a second time and Juventus will make a formal offer for the purchase of Paulinho.

It is believed the Bianconeri have advantage in talks over AC Milan, Inter and Napoli as they are willing to buy the Brazilian international outright as opposed to signing him on loan.
