Inler - NapoliNapoli midfielder Gokhan Inler is reportedly a top transfer target of Turkish side Besiktas for the January transfer window.

It is believed the Partenopei have made the midfielder available after a falling out with Napoli coach Rafa Benitez with reports suggesting a move could happen as soon as this transfer window.

The 30-year-old started ten of Napoli’s first 17 Serie A and European matches before the November international break, but since then he has only started three matches, finishing one, while being an unused substitute in five.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Besiktas club president Fikret Orman will fly to Italy to meet the representatives of Inler in order to discuss personal terms.

If Inler does leave it is believed the Azzurri will look to make a move for Lyon’s Maxime Gonalons or Liverpool’s Lucas Leiva.
