Roma defender picks up hamstring injury

Roma defender Vasilis Torosidis has reportedly picked up a hamstring injury.

The Greek international was not included in the squad which drew 1-1 against Palermo on Saturday night due to injury, and it has been revealed that the former Olympiacos man has picked up a hamstring injury.

The club announced on Sunday that primary examinations show that Torosidis has suffered grade one damage to his right hamstring.

Torosidis has made 13 appearances for the Giallorossi in all competitions, scoring one goal in the process.
