The 18-year-old Ghanaian has enjoyed a breakthrough season in Sardinia this term, putting in a string of impressive performances since new boss Gianfranco Zola took over.
Sky Sport Italia report that English giants Tottenham have inquired about the services of the youngster, but Cagliari are loathe to sell one of their brightest young talents.
It will take a huge bid to convince the Sardinians to sell, as Donsah establishes himself as one of the most exciting young talents in the league.
Donsah has netted once in 10 Serie A appearances for Cagliari this season.
